General Terms

• Zoomora operates as an online store based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and UAE law governs these terms. Any disputes are heard exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted for payment. Additional methods may be offered at checkout from time to time.
• You must be 18 or older to register an account or place an order on Zoomora. Purchases for minors must be made by a parent or guardian.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Warranty Terms

Every ride-on, e-bike, ATV, dirt bike, and powered product we sell is backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects, subject to the following:

1. Warranty coverage applies to products assembled by Zoomora's delivery team. Self-assembly voids the warranty on that unit.
2. Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects — not damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear (tyres, brake pads, upholstery).
3. Don't tamper with electrical connections or wiring unless you have the technical know-how — contact our support team for any repairs.
4. Overcharging a battery beyond the recommended time, or continuing to ride once speed noticeably drops, can permanently damage the battery — this isn't covered under warranty.
5. Don't exceed the maximum rider weight listed on the product page — doing so can cause damage not covered under warranty.
6. Warranty claims must be raised within 12 months of delivery, and cover the motor, battery, and electronics only — not cosmetic wear.
7. Spare parts (batteries, chargers, switches) can be purchased separately from Zoomora at any time, in or out of warranty.
