Delivery is free across the UAE and takes 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Our team also handles professional assembly on delivery at no extra cost, so your ride-on, e-bike, or trampoline is ready to use the moment it arrives.

Yes — every order includes professional assembly by our delivery team, at no extra charge. If you assemble a product yourself instead, please note that self-assembly voids the manufacturer warranty on that unit.

Every powered product — ride-ons, e-bikes, ATVs, dirt bikes, scooters, and golf carts — carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering the motor, battery, and electronics against defects. It doesn't cover normal wear (tyres, brake pads) or damage from misuse. See our Terms & Conditions for full warranty terms.

Yes — unused, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Once a product has been assembled or used, we can only accept returns for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Shipping & Return Policy.

Age and weight guidance is listed on every product page under the Features accordion. As a rough guide: ride-ons suit toddlers and young kids, kick scooters and bicycles suit most ages with the right size, and ATVs, dirt bikes, and golf carts are built for teens and adults, with youth models offering adjustable speed limiters.

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED. Buy Now, Pay Later options are also available at checkout for eligible orders.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing them — just contact our team. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can't be cancelled, but you're welcome to request a return once it arrives.
